  1. Download the support tool

    One small program. It doesn't install anything and it's gone when you close it.

  2. Run the file you downloaded

    Open it from your Downloads folder or your browser's download bar.

    If Windows shows "Windows protected your PC", choose More info, then Run anyway. That warning appears for any new tool — this one came straight from us.

  3. Read us the number on your screen

    A window opens showing your support number. Read it to us over the phone, then click Accept when the connection request appears. You stay in control the whole time — closing the window ends the session.
